2Man’Cut is a rap duo hip-hop group made of Pat Medic/25) and Benmula/23).The group was formed in 2011 and their 1st single was ‘Utlwa Fela’

In 2014 they dropped “netdaar” and the single featured Mo’ngwana and eckho alvarez. It got to be played on Tshwane fm on the breakfast show as well as the Hip Hop show on the station.

The duo draws their inspiration from local grounds unlike many internationally inspired artists. “We are inspired by the likes of L-Skillz Oletlile Mogotsi, HHP and the rest of the local hip-hop.” 

They have performed at several places like Soshanguve (Pure Bliss/ Vicks Cafe) Attredgeville (Draai Butchery), Hammanskraal (Tribe One Festival legs),Mamelodi (Jack Budha- Kasi2kasi Tour) and have shared the stage with the likes of Towdee mac , Kaygzim , Skillo , Notsi, Lection, Tloks Lepara, Mosankie ,Flex Boogie, Nveigh, Boy Wonder on the kasi 2 kasi tour.

The duo is from Soshanguve and they rap in Pretoria vernacular using a mixture of Pretoria slang and English! Tomorrow (28 November) they are launching their mixtaped titled “welcome to Soshanguve" which they solely produced.

“The aim is to bring New and inspiring type of music in the industry! To bring up fresh taste to South African hip-hop and maintain that stable! Their vision is to be the youngest to be nominated in the bet awards in South Africa!”

These boys are solely independent and hungry to put Pretoria on the map!!
